Penis Enlargement Before and After: Real Patient Results

Every photo above comes from a patient of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncay Tas in Istanbul. This page explains how we take them, what the numbers mean and how to read any clinic's gallery.

How These Photos Are Taken

A photo only means something when the conditions match. Therefore we shoot before and after images the same way every time. Specifically, five rules apply to every session.

  • Same distance and angle. The camera sits at a fixed distance, and the patient stands in the same position each visit.
  • Same lighting. Clinic lighting stays constant, because shadows change apparent size more than most people expect.
  • Same state. Flaccid images compare with flaccid, and erect with erect. Mixing the two inflates the result.
  • Timed after photos. We record the week or month of every after image, since swelling flatters an early photo.
  • No retouching. Nothing is edited, cropped for effect or stretched.

Faces and identifying marks never appear. Consequently, patients can consent to sharing results without risking their privacy.

Flaccid Gain and Erect Gain Are Not the Same Number

This single point causes most disappointment in male enlargement. Generally, the two states respond to different procedures, so one number never covers both.

ProcedureFlaccid changeErect change
Suspensory ligament release2 to 4 cm of visible lengthLittle or none
Pubic liposuction1 to 2 cm of visible lengthSame as flaccid, the base is revealed

So a gallery that shows a dramatic flaccid change usually reflects lengthening, contouring or both. Girth work, by contrast, reads clearly in the erect photos.

Why Two Men With the Same Surgery Look Different

Identical operations produce different photographs. However, that is not inconsistency. In practice, four factors explain almost all of it.

  • Starting anatomy. Skin elasticity, the size of the pubic fat pad and how much shaft sits inside the body set the ceiling.
  • Volume and technique chosen. A conservative, natural plan photographs differently from a maximal one, and it ages better.
  • Aftercare. Traction wear after lengthening and massage after filler change the final shape more than patients expect.
  • Weight change. Gaining weight rebuilds the fat pad and hides length again, whereas losing weight reveals it.

For that reason, Dr. Tas shows you cases that match your own anatomy at the consultation rather than the single best result in the archive.

Which Procedure Produced Which Result

Each guide below explains the technique, the recovery and the honest limits of the result. Accordingly, you can match a photo you liked to the procedure behind it.

If you cannot tell which one fits you, start with our filler vs implant comparison. It sets the two main girth routes side by side.

How to Read Any Clinic's Before and After Gallery

Photos are the easiest thing to fake in this field. Consequently, a short checklist protects you. Use it on any website, including ours.

  • Check the state. A flaccid before next to an erect after is not a result, it is a trick.
  • Check the angle and distance. Moving the camera closer adds apparent size instantly.
  • Check the timing. Photos taken in the first two weeks show swelling rather than the settled outcome.
  • Check the volume of cases. One spectacular photo means little; a consistent set means more.
  • Ask for a matching case. A serious clinic can show a patient whose starting anatomy resembles yours.
  • Ask who operated. Some galleries mix results from several surgeons or from the device manufacturer.

Dr. Tas answers all six himself. Moreover, he will tell you plainly when a photo in this gallery is not achievable for your anatomy.

What This Gallery Deliberately Does Not Show

An honest gallery has gaps, and ours does too. Naming them upfront saves you a wasted trip.

  • No guarantee photos. We never present a single result as the outcome you will get, because anatomy decides that.
  • No declined cases. Men we turn down do not appear here. Yet they exist, and the reasons sit on our complications guide.
  • No revision-only archive. Correcting another clinic's work photographs differently, so those cases live on the revision page instead.
  • No stock or manufacturer images. Device makers supply polished photos. We do not use them.
  • No early photos. Swelling looks impressive, therefore we wait until the result is real.

Finally, no photograph replaces an examination. Dr. Tas measures you, reviews your health and then tells you which of these results is realistic for your case.

When Your Own After Photo Becomes Honest

Every procedure has a point where the result stops changing. Moreover, photos taken before that point mislead you rather than the surgeon.

Getting Your Own Result in Istanbul

Most patients in this gallery travelled from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland. Nevertheless, the route is the same for everyone.

  • Before you fly: Send photos and measurements by WhatsApp, and Dr. Tas reviews them personally.
  • Day one: Examination, measurement and the final plan, with a written quote.
  • Day two: Surgery or the injection session, depending on your plan.
  • Days three to seven: Check-ups, dressing change and the fit-to-fly review.
  • After you land home: Photo follow-up at two weeks, six weeks and three months.

Filler patients need 24 to 48 hours in Istanbul, whereas surgery needs five to ten days. Our travel guide covers flights, hotels and time off work, and the cost guide compares Istanbul with the UK and the USA.

Common Questions

Before and After Gallery FAQ

Are these photos real patients of Dr. Tas?
Yes. Every image comes from a patient treated in Istanbul by Dr. Tuncay Tas, shared with written consent and without identifying features.
Why do some galleries show bigger changes?
Usually because of camera distance, lighting or an erect after photo next to a flaccid before. We keep the conditions identical instead.
How much length can I realistically gain?
Ligament release typically adds 2 to 4 cm of flaccid length, plus 1 to 2 cm if pubic fat is removed. Erect length barely changes.
How much girth can I realistically gain?
Fat transfer adds around 1 to 2.5 cm of circumference. Filler depends on the volume placed, and the implant gives a permanent, uniform result.
When were the after photos taken?
After the swelling window for each procedure, which runs from day 10 for filler to month three for surgery.
Can I see cases like my own anatomy?
Yes. Send your photos and measurements, and the team will show matching cases during your consultation.
Do results last?
Lengthening and implants are permanent. Fat partly absorbs in the first months, while filler fades over 12 to 24 months.
Will anyone recognise me if I share photos?
No. Faces, tattoos and marks never appear, and nothing is published without your written consent.
