Girth: three routes
Girth has three routes. Hyaluronic acid filler, the SafeFill method, adds thickness in about 30 minutes without surgery. Alternatively, fat transfer uses your own fat, while a silicone implant gives a permanent result.
Each route trades something. For instance, filler is adjustable and reversible, yet it fades over time.

Erections: penile implant

Curvature: straightening surgery

Foreskin, skin and a hidden penis
